Collaborative Projects

My family and I, along with members of our community, are one of three groups featured in a new documentary on Paganism and alternative spiritual traditions. American Mystic, the debut feature fillm by director Alex Mar of Empire 8 Productions from New York, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2010. The film takes a poetic, apolitical look at religious life in our communities. Alex spent a great deal of time getting to know us and working with us beginning in 2008, and the result is a thoughtful, intimate and authentic view into my experience as a witch, Pagan and priestess. The film also includes a Lakota Sundance group, and a community of Spiritualist mediums.

American Mystic is expected to be released through independent theaters some time in 2010. Details on how and where you can see the film will be posted when they become available, or you can join my mailing list for news.
