Morpheus brings her art and design skills to give you permanent works of beauty and power to adorn your body. She began tattooing in spring of 2010. She brings 25 years of art and design practice to her tattooing work, along with a broad knowledge of the mythic languages of images, symbols, sigils and magickal alphabets. In addition to inking your tattoo, she can use her artistry and magickal knowledge to help you develop the design that expresses your vision. If you wish, your tattooing can be embedded in a ritual process in which Morpheus can bring her skills as a priestess to charge your tattoo as a mark of your unique power and identity, a living spell, or a shrine within your body to the forces, deities or spirits of your choice. She practices careful sanitation according to OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen standards.

For design services, the rate is $75 per hour. For tattooing, the rate is $40 per hour. (That low rate reflects Morpheus's apprentice status and will be increased as she gains professional experience). Ritual services can be included with tattooing at no extra cost. Morpheus can be available by arrangement for appointments in the South and East Bay as well as at Stone City.

Henna Body Art

Henna is a temporary skin decoration made from a natural pigment in the leaves of the henna plant. It is painless and gentle, dyes the skin for a period of 1-3 weeks and is a traditional body ornamentation practiced throughout
India, the Middle East and North Africa. Morpheus is a skilled henna artist with over 15 years experience, providing beautiful and ornate body art for celebration of the body, blessing, and symbolic meaning. Henna is
traditional as a blessing and adornment for brides and grooms before a wedding, and is also a wonderful way to bless and celebrate the body at all times of life.

Morpheus is available for henna appointments at $75 per hour, or a negotiated fee for specific work. For example, a full hand is usually about $40-50. For henna parties, bridal henna, or blessing ways, a flat rate can be worked out
depending on the size of your group or the amount of work desired.
